We are looking for a customer service advisor to join our Library and Learning Services team at the University Surrey - a global community of innovative ideas and people, dedicated to life-changing education and research.

You will be part of our busy front of house customer services team, supporting students, staff and visitors with enquiries, delivering information, lending services and collections. You will also supervise our shelving team and student ambassadors, and contribute to a positive student experience.
Your CV will demonstrate you have experience of working in a customer service related environment, confident IT skills (MS Office and internet browsers) and good interpersonal skills.
Working hours are 36 per week, which will include some evening and weekends.
