A leading Lloyd's insurer seeks a Claims Broking Technician to deliver a high level of service for their coverholders and stakeholders both internally and externally. You will have experience of working in a claims technical role; claims bordereau handling/processing and knowledge of ECF. This is a brand new role and responsibilities will include:
- Processing of claims notifications and oversight of processes for all direct business accounts
- Answering claims questions from the client(s) and or additional stakeholders to ensure quick and accurate responses are provided
- Resolving client issues/queries; conducting root-cause analysis, implementation and appropriate corrective action plan(s)
- Production of regular claims reports on the agreed KPIs as required
- Provide on-going support to the Technicians and work with Claims department and stakeholders to resolve queries raised
- Help identify process improvement opportunities and provide support to implement changes
- Ensuring fair customer outcomes and commerciality when decision making
