Operations Manager

A client of mine has expressed the need for an Operations Manager to join their manufacturing organisation in Tring on a permanent basis to facilitate growth. This person will have 3 direct reports with roughly 24 indirect across Production and Warehousing. This is set to increase in 2023 as the organisation expands.
