MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a national financial planning firm as they seek an experienced and highly driven individual to deliver financial education to a range of corporate clients.
This individual will be working within a collaborative team to deliver best practice service and to identify and coordinate advice opportunities across the wider group.
This is a remoterole.
The Role
- Developing, with the director, the strategic vision for the development of the Division
- Implementing and coordinating the delivery of the strategic plan
- Delivering the financial education framework to clients
- Manage the delivery of Financial Education to clients ensuring engagement that meets the client's requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver best practice level service to clients
- Identify opportunities to introduce to other Financial Planners for additional services, developing cross-departmental servicing mechanisms
- Keep up to date with industry developments
- Develop personal training and competencies, furthering knowledge, experience, and progression within the firm
- Be a strong advocate for the Radiant Financial Group and its principles of high-level service
The Person
- Demonstrable success in delivering quality client service
- At least 3 years of financial planning experience
- Appropriate FCA qualifications - AQA level 4 or SCQF 8
