Job Description
A well-loved and hugely respected international NGO is currently in need of a Finance Business Partner in a newly-created role that will focus on budgeting for IT transformation projects as well as ensuring costs are recovered fairly from country offices. This is a varied, important and interesting role that will work with senior leadership across the globe and ensure the infrastructure is in place to allow the organisation to fulfil its humanitarian goals. It can be either a fully remote role or a hybrid, London-based position and will pay up to £52,000 per annum.
As the Finance Business Partner your role will involve:
- Reviewing current relationships, processes and reports and recommending and implementing appropriate improvements
- Working closely with senior leadership within IT, producing budgets for their areas and influencing them as required
- Month-end accounting duties
- Analysing the recharges to country offices
The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner role will:
- Be a qualified accountant or have the experience of one
- Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of this area, coming up with solutions to complex situations
- Have the ability to work closely with senior leadership outside of finance
- Have strong finance analytical skills
