Experience Required: Significant experience (typically 8+ years) within financial crime policy, advisory, or regulatory compliance A strong background within financial services, legal, or professional services environments Deep technical expertise across AML/CTF, sanctions, and global regulatory frameworks Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex compliance frameworks Proven ability to operate in international, matrixed environments with senior stakeholder exposure Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance risk, regulation, and business objectives Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with credibility at senior leadership level Relevant qualifications (e.g. legal background, CAMS, ICA) highly advantageous

Group FP&A Manager 6-month contract £400 to £450 per day d.o.e Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Group FP&A Manager to join a large global retail business based in Central London. This is a pivotal role focused on leading the FP&A function, working closely with the Group Finance Director and CFO to deliver high-quality management reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You'll partner with senior stakeholders across head office and numerous international markets, managing two direct reports and playing a key role within a growing business. Senior SOX Analyst - Technical Accounting Focus Location: London (2 days per week) Day Rate: £500-£600 per day (Outside IR35) Duration: 6 months (initial) A high-growth, well-funded business on trajectory toward a public listing is looking to appoint a Senior SOX Analyst with a strong technical accounting background. This is a hands-on second line of defence role, supporting the build and design of a SOX-compliant control environment in a business where financial processes and controls are still being developed.
