Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a ER Partner to join a NHS Trust based in Essex. This will be an initial 6 month contract, possibility of an extension, inside IR35, paying up to £180 a day.
This role is responsible for the delivery of employee relations processes, providing guidance to managers and employees, working to deliver and ensure appropriate responses to any related employment issues that arise
The postholder must adopt a Just Culture approach to employee relations matters, ensuring all investigation processes are constructive rather than destructive. This means looking first at what was responsible for an issue or situation before looking at who was responsible. The actions of individuals need to be placed into context early on in investigations.
