My client a law firm are looking to hire an Employee Engagement Specialist on a permanent basis. The Employee Engagement Specialist will create an all-encompassing approach to engagement and wellbeing enabling all staff to have a voice. You will work with key internal stakeholders to create a fantastic work culture for all staff.
You will:
- Assess brand perception and make any recommendation needed to increase the employer brand
- Work with stakeholders to align organisation and employer brand.
- Develop the Employer Value Proposition
- Work with the wider HR and marketing teams to ensure content on external communication channels is up to date and reflects key company values and culture.
- Work with HR managers and the Induction Steering Group to develop an engaging induction and on-boarding experience
- Continually assesses the on-boarding experience and making changes where needed
- Develop a people experience strategy, action plan that supports the desired culture which embeds organisational values and enhances employee experience.
- Manage the Employee Engagement survey tool
- Support the delivery and evaluation of significant ongoing, annual and planned 'one-off' people programmes and projects.
- Works with Head of L&D and Head of Reward to design and rollout proactive approaches to wellbeing in the firm
- Work with D,E & I groups to design and deliver diversity, equity and inclusion approaches which ensure inclusion in the workplace
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for CSR and Employee Engagement
- Experience in an engagement or HR Comms role
- Experience working for a law firm
