As a Talent Acquisition Manager at ClearCourse, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious talent strategy. To achieve this the emphasis will be on demonstrating hiring best practice through focussing on direct hiring, reducing agency spend and improving our time to hire and employee retention to support the Company growth.
You'll need to be a passionate, pro-active Recruitment specialist who is collaborative and confident to communicate with internal stakeholders and candidates at all levels. As ClearCourse is partnership of innovative technology companies, a sense of urgency and the ability to operate under pressure and adapt to change in a fast-paced technology environment is essential.
What do I need?
Experience of in-house Talent Acquisition is essential and a successful history as an agency Recruiter will be beneficial
Proven experience of adapting to change to meet the Company's hiring needs
Previous experience of educating hiring managers on tools and processes
Experience of writing eloquent and accurate job adverts to support direct sourcing and talent attraction
Proven ability of working with online search tools and a variety of recruitment media
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Demonstrable experience of working in a matrix environment
A proven ability to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable communication skills and proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
