As an Events Engineer at Circdata working closely with our Operations Director, you'll manage the full live event cycle for multiple projects from start to finish.
Setup and testing of technology including laptops, printers, and scanning systems
Installing the hardware onsite, testing, and maintaining during the event
Planning all logistics around the live event; creating kit lists and packing equipment for the event
Managing requirements with the client including power, network and desks
Working closely with the Account Management and Delivery Teams to make sure clients' requirements get delivered
What You'll Need:
Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects with different timeframes
A background in project delivery would be an advantage, but you could have experience in logistics, warehousing, or AV.
Ideally, you'll have worked in the Events sector

Our offices are in Newbury and ideally, you will be too! We support hybrid working but you'll need to be able to easily get to the office to load and unload kit, so we welcome applicants based in Newbury, Reading, Basingstoke or Swindon and the surrounding areas. You'll also need to have a manual driving license and your own transport.
