Requirements
we need someone who is able to manage the tooling from a technical perspective, help build and maintain the interconnectivity between various source data systems, help build reporting and help with communication and feedback from various stakeholders. The SM skills help with understanding requirements and communication however because they will be working as part of a team this is less essential and can be coached.
Skills
Jira / Confluence - Strong technical knowledge Including use of the rest API
Agile management / Safe / Large program experience - An understanding of reporting across a large organisation using multiple methodologies
Visual Basic - Excel based visual basic coding
Advanced Roadmaps - Understanding of how to build advanced roadmaps
Power BI - Data import/transposition and report building
eazyBI - Data import/transposition and report building
Communication - Comfortable talking to senior stakeholders, taking requirements and documenting them as well as talking through deliverables
