Working alongside a team of experienced I/O Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive UK Market.Day to day, this includes: Contributing to crossfunctional teams to join the dots between people analytics, assessment, L&D, rewards, and performance.Consulting on our solutions in areas of;
- Competency framework design
- Workshop design and delivery
- Using qualitative analysis to develop behavioural and skills taxonomies
- Leadership assessment
