The EU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is responsible for managing and growing the network of providers that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service. Our partners work out of delivery stations across EU and are assigned delivery routes and packages.

The Senior Manager, EU DSP Product will be responsible for owning and developing new iterations of our Delivery Service Partner program, specifically relating to evaluating and consistently optimizing our strategy for our Delivery Service Partners and their Drivers, to ensure short-term and long-term sustainability. You will work closely with in-country management teams, and WW product teams to propose, and align on these strategies. The optimal fit for this role will be a candidate wanting to roll-up his or her sleeves, dive into a challenge, develop a solution and path forward, and convince senior management that their solution is the best one. This will be a high visibility role, meaning that the optimal candidate will be comfortable driving critical business decisions in fast paced, high pressure, and often ambiguous environment. A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels of the organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, economics, engineering or related field.

Experience in end-to-end product or program management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

History of managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.

Proven ability to identify, analyse, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail.

A track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to deal with fast moving, ambiguous topics and distill complex problems into simple solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • MBA + relevant experience
  • Background in Finance
  • Start-up or other experience managing a business unit
  • Operations/Last-Mile delivery experience
  • Proficiency in SQL
