Accountable Recruitment have the pleasure of exclusively supporting our award-winning client with the recruitment of a highly driven and ambitious, Finance Business Partner to join their team. Due to continued growth and expansion, our client has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, commercially driven, and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their high performing team.

Reporting directly into an impressive Head of Commercial Finance, you will play a lead role in partnering with your dedicated business area from within the group.

You will work closely in partnership with various budget holders and senior non-financial stakeholders to shape and deliver financial plans, maximising profitability and cash flow.

As the Finance expert, you will work closely, guiding and supporting operational leaders across this fast-paced business, providing detailed financial analysis and tracking KPIs to ensure the impact of key decisions around revenues and costs can be challenged and influenced.

Key Skills

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Previous experience working within a business partnering role
• Strong attention to detail
• Ambitious and highly-motivated - thrives within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and confident liaising with Senior non-financial stakeholders.
