Prepare detailed and technically robust R&D Tax reports. Calculate and review qualifying R&D expenditure and claim values. Liaise directly with clients to understand projects and gather supporting evidence. Keep up to date with legislation and HMRC guidance surrounding R&D Tax Relief. Support the continued growth and development of the R&D Tax team. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. R&D Tax Manager Attributes A minimum of 3 years' experience managing R&D Tax Relief claims. Strong technical knowledge of UK R&D Tax Relief legislation. Experience managing multiple client assignments simultaneously. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce detailed technical reports. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Commercially aware and passionate about delivering excellent client service. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
