You will be expected to manage at least one consultant and potentially add to this based on growth and stability. As part of this exciting role, you will be given the opportunity to join the management team across one of the highest performing Region's in the Company. You will receive further support through the guidance of Steve Lamb, Regional Manager.The Branch Manager role forms the backbone of our branch network and gives you the opportunity to build and grow your own business while managing a team of like-minded career driven individuals. It is a demanding but rewarding role with many layers requiring you to drive high performance through being a leader, an expert, a coach, and a mentor. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high performing Region, expecting accelerated growth in the remainder of the academic year and furthermore from September 2022. The role will involve working collaboratively with other leaders and managers supporting, driving, and delivering results as a strong management team.
