I'm currently working with a client who wants to upskill Dynamics NAV Consultants to D365 Business Central. Why is upskilling a good idea - especially now? Many are upgrading from NAV and others are moving over from different ERPs. Having the skillset to help these companies upgrade, improve and implement Business Central is quickly becoming one of the most sort after skill sets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Dynamics NAV experience
• A proven track record of NAV implementations
• Stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills
• Seen multiple end-to-end implementations as a Consultant, Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or other relevant position.
• User-facing experience

Role and Responsibility

• Undertaking end-to-end implementations
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Update project documentation regularly
• Gather customer requirements and provide functional solutions
