Conveyancing Admin Assistant - CamberleyAn award winning law firm firm based in Camberley, Surrey are seeking to expand their Conveyancing team and are looking to find someone who will manage their residential conveyancing departments' administrative tasks. The role will involve providing quotes to prospective clients and dealing with initial enquires for the department, dealing with registration of property at the Land Registry, database entry and upkeep and file closing. Other tasks will inculde dealing with lender's requirements and deeds, post completion and dealing with departments administrative tasks.Ideally you will have strong academics alongside excellent IT skills.
