La Fosse Associates are currently partnered with a Private Equity client who a looking to hire a Programme Director into their team, to lead on a M&A Carve-out.
This role is based out of their London office, and ideally they're looking for one day a week in the office. They also have a hub in the West Midlands as well. Outside IR35, 12 month piece of work and £700-£850 per day.
They are looking to hire an Interim Lead on a transaction they're currently working up - a carve-out with a systems integration aspect to it.
Carve out transaction with buying one business out of a larger corporate and hoping to buy the best in class and bring them together.
