UK Head of Commercial A-FCILA

Our client is seeking to appoint a Head of Commercial to work from home and manage a team Loss Adjusters operating throughout the UK, handling commercial losses up to £100,000 in value without restriction. You will report into the CEO and be responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager or Commercial Loss Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work and can demonstrate a track record of 'getting the best' out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or a Loss Adjuster looking to get into management where you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
