My clients seeking an experienced KEY ACCOUNT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT to join their busy team based within the Colnbrook area.

Daily Duties would include:

• Taking bookings
• Arranging collections/ deliveries
• Tracking and monitoring shipments
• Updating customers
• chasing for PODS
• Quoting customers
• Handling large key accounts
• Creating daily reports
• Building a relationship with clients

Skills needed:

• Previous courier/ freight customer service experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Steady work history
• PC literate

Working hours:

• Monday-Friday working between
