Finance Project Manager Remote Working £75,000 12 month fixed-term Systems specialistAccountable Recruitment are working with a well established and growing organisation based on the outskirts of Liverpool City Centre for a Finance Project Manager on a FTC basis to support with a systems implementation and roll out across all sites.The role of Finance Project Manager has responsibility for managing the delivery of IT projects in the UK. There will be the need to run multiple internal projects simultaneously and to manage the deliverables.Key duties:
- Ensure on time and in full delivery of UK projects, primarily focussed on the management of key software implementations
- Manage workstreams & robust collaboration between the business, technical and implementation teams
- Ensure that the project teams are set up to deliver business requirements and implement change successfully
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of project plans and co-ordination of project resources
- Identify, manage, and propose mitigations to project risks and issues
- Create and maintain other project documentation, manuals, and procedures
- Preparation of relevant reporting of project status to key stakeholders
- Present project status updates in Group Steering Meetings
- Support project implementations
- Work closely with any 3rd Party vendors and manage issues which impact delivery schedules
Desirable Skills:
- Experience as a project manager in an IT delivery field
- PRINCE2, PMP or other formal certification in Project Management
- An analytical and organised approach as well as an understanding of change management and project management techniques
- Hands on approach to understanding challenges & recommending solutions
- Experience of Microsoft Project software (or similar)
Salary and work pattern:
- Up to £75,000 depending on experience
- 40 hours Monday-Friday
- Pension cont: 3% Employer and 5% Employee
- 23 days + bank holidays.
