Hours: 12 hour night shifts available

About Swanton Care Centre
Set in stunning grounds, in the heart of North Norfolk, Swanton Care Centre is a specialist service which provides nursing accommodation and support for people who have learning disabilities, complex health needs and mental health issues.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Nurse (RMN) within this highly reputable and impressive nursing home. This role is a developmental opportunity to assist and be supported for career progression in the social care and community health care sector.
The role
You will support the Service Manager to ensure that residents nursing and holistic needs are always met with high standards and current quality led procedures and guidelines.
About you
You will need to have a nursing qualification and active PIN.
A person-centred approach to our resident's wellbeing, choice and independence is required. You will need excellent communication skills, knowledge of social care regulations, experience of working under pressure, and maintaining a high level of mental health nursing care.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience and have been working at a senior level within an acute or social care setting for at least one year. All training is provided, by a very supportive and experienced in house and regional team and company.
