We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our service Foxhills Farm in Hampshire.

We have a variety of roles available at Foxhills Farm in Titchfield, Fareham in our small 5-bedroom residential home, caring for adults with learning difficulties, autism.

As a support worker in our home, you will be part of providing fulfilling activities within the home, providing the highest level of care, and supporting our residents to learn new skills and live as independently as possible.

This role ideally requires you to drive or have access to your own vehicle. ( Car , Motorcycle, etc )

What you'll be working:

We have a variety of full time or part-time day positions available along with 2 part-time night positions.

We provide 24 hr care therefore there are a few different shifts available

For Example;

Early shifts 07:00 - 14:30
Late shifts 13:30 - 20:45
Long day shifts - 07:00 - 21:00
Night shifts - 20:30 - 07:15

We try to be flexible where possible and would consider hours of 09:30 - 14:30 or 11.00-18.00.

We endeavour to be as flexible as possible with your shift patterns, so you know in advance when you are working.

You must be available to work every other weekend, we will consider preferred days and offer a 22-week rolling rota.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting our clients with daily activities
Preparing meals
Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day-to-day care
Providing personal care
Administrating medication
Supporting clients in community outing visits
Planning daily activities for the clients

What you'll have:

Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills.
Flexible, professional, and positive approach.
Reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
Be a driver (due to lack of local public transport links)
