Accountable Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Ledger Manager to join a FMCG company based in Tarleton. You will be an integral lead within the transactional team driving forward efficiency, support, process and subsequently success.
Contract - Temp to Perm
Salary: Up to £30,000 / Work pattern: Office based (Flexibility will be offered down the line)Key responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the transactions team to ensure all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Responsibility of team development including monitoring of KPI's, putting in development plans for members, 1-2-1 meetings and support
- Creating and posting sales invoices & credit notes
- Chasing any aged debt & resolving queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing of all payments via BACS
- Following up on queries from customers & suppliers
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience of a similar role or looking for that next career move
- High-level attention to detail
- Good communicator and leadership skills
- Excellent excel skills essential
