Job Description

Agency :

Havas Media Group

Job Description Summary :

Our role at Havas is to create the best Media Experiences capitalising upon the most Meaningful Media to build more Meaningful brands. In a world where traditional media and advertising models are challenged through ad blocking, subscription models, brand safety and fraud, finding the most Meaningful Media for consumers is increasingly important. That is our focus at Havas, and it led us to create our Media Experience System, or Mx System.

The Mx System is the operating model of the agency, guiding our structure, the roles we have created, our process and our toolkit. The Mx Process consists of four stages: Mx Intelligence, Mx Brief, Mx Development and Mx Measurement. This role is specifically focussed on Mx Development.

Mx Development is where strategy is turned into activation in the Mx System and is the point where we create and launch the Media Experience for clients. There are two key planning skill sets that lead within Mx Development: the broad cross media planning expertise and the deep in channel planning and activation expertise. It is essential to be well versed in the former and have to strong experience in the later.

It's also essential to have knowledge and experience outside of the specific Mx Development area, and you should feel comfortable talking about and working with insight, strategy and measurement concepts and people.
