• Chip in to the existing Automation test packs (with help from the team). Help with releases by using CI/CD tools
• Provide estimations for testing effort on features and requirements, by working closely with Business Analysts & Product Owners. This includes taking part in three amigos sessions to define testing scenarios/cases against feature acceptance criteria
• Build test cases & plans for feature deliverables. Build and source test data for testing
• Act as champion within your role suggesting new ways of working to help grow and make the test team work better
• Represent the testing team on meetings where required to deliver your squads sprint deliverables
• Directing your team to implement the best test practices by leading on defining the test requirements at refinement/ pre amigos stages.
• Defect management (manage and own defects through to resolution)
• Line Management of Test Analysts

• Extensive experience as a Test Analyst
• Willing to think automation first and champion this, with understanding of writing Automation tests
• Experience in languages such as Java, Javascript, Tyscript and Shell
• Experience using tools such as Cucumber, TestCafe, Karate, Gauge Java, FitNesse and Browserstack,
• Experience in using CI/CD and version control tools such as Circle CI, GitLab CI/CD and Git
• Extensive web & services testing experience
• The ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic Agile environment.
