You'd be responsible for leading a project team or squad of multi-functional software developers and QA engineers to deliver high quality software solutions.

• Provide technical guidance to members of development and test teams to ensure quality of delivery
• Requirements and design reviews with multiple collaborators
• Code reviews, write technical proposals
• Help with root cause analysis of defects
• Collaborate with QA teams
• Report progress, ensuring tracking systems are kept up to date

• Good understanding of embedded software technology, device drivers, low level platform software and trends.
• Have extensive experience working as a Senior Software Engineer or Team Lead on embedded projects leading small to medium sized teams.
• Experience with C / C / Java projects. Jira/Confluence. Git/Gerrit.
• Experience in Camera / 3D / AI technologies and Android platform are desirable
• Excellent communicator
• Solution focused with ability to plan, anticipate issues, consider risks, and help deliver best value
• Be an advocate for software development best practices
• Willing to tackle challenges and adapt with changing priorities.

This location takes some beating: we're practically in Brentwood station, which has regular trains to London Liverpool Street. If you find it easier to drive, there's some onsite parking, while Chatham Way car park is a short walk away.
