Our client is a leading FinTech player and offers a unique cashflow management solution designed to help business owners grow their businesses whilst enabling them to forget about their cashflow problems. They are currently looking to bring on a Customer Success Executive to join their growing team in London.
What your day-to-day looks like:
- Provide live customer support (phone, webchat, email support) and delivering a first-class servicing and customer experience.
- Captures and converts new sales prospects that flow through the inbound servicing channel. Up-selling of subscriptions to existing customers and cross-selling (lead referrals) of invoice finance products.?
- Resolution of customer issues, including working with internal stakeholders to resolve (Tech support, Credit Risk, Finance, Invoice Finance).
- The remit of the role operates across both reactive live servicing (inbound) BAU service and proactive (campaign/initiative) based settings.?
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or customer success role and dealing directly with customers.
- Experience with consultative selling to customers (up-selling or cross-selling) via remote channels.
- Strong people skills / service-minded.?
- Driven and results-oriented individual.?
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.?
- Emphasis on client delivery and the 'here and now', but with ability to work independently on driving forward continuous improvements.?
