We are seeking Cover Supervisors to work at one of our partnership schools in the S5 area. The school is rated Requires Improvement by OFSTED and is currently working in direct partnership with Tapton Academy Trust and is striving towards first class outcomes at all levels for students. The leadership at the school is strong and supportive and are consistently reflecting on their practice to develop quickly as a school for the students, families and community their support. The school aims to lead a growing legacy of respect, responsibility and kindness that spreads across the community as young people move through each stage of their lives. The right candiate will be positive, adaptable and have a firm grasp of behaviour managment.

Suitable candidates will:
• Have an optimistic approach, be enthusiastic and above all hold a strong commitment to young people and their learning.
• Hold QTS in the UK or alternatively hold a degree above 2:2 grading.
• Have high standards for young people in education.
