Interim Estates Surveyor
South West England
£400 per day (Inside IR35)
3-6 Month contract
Remote working - Only required in the for site inspections
Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority within the South West Region of England who are looking to expand their team with a highly skilled Estates Surveyor.
If you have experience in the following you could be the perfect person for the role:
- Rent reviews & Lease Renewals
- Acquisitions & Disposals
- Local Authority Experience
Please note possessing all these attributes are desirable but not essential so if you do have 1 out of the 3 you could still be considered for the role. The client has emphasised on experience being key.
