Product Delivery Want to deliver brilliant products and unmissable entertainment that grips millions of households? Our 1000 strong, Product Delivery team does everything from developing innovative AI technology to creating the best HDR viewing experience for TV products. From Sky Go to Sky Q & Sky Glass, we take our products to the next level and make them more agile and reliable with every release.

What you'll do

• Work with a cross functional squad, comprising Product Leads, UX & UI, Developers and Testers, nurturing them to take responsibility for their delivery processes and value-driven outcomes
• Coach the squad to improve efficiency and quality by evolving their application of Agile and Lean practices
• Collaborate with Product & Tech Leads to support the continual review and management of delivery roadmaps and backlogs
• Apply a structured and transparent approach to planning and delivery, monitoring progress, reacting to change, co-ordinating with other teams on dependencies, and ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the team's progress
• Be an active participant and facilitator of important team ceremonies (e.g., planning & retrospectives) - promoting timely discussion and decision making, ensuring everyone participates, and handling conflict resolution
• Actively remove, or guide the squad to remove, impediments and waste to achieve a smooth and sustainable flow of work
• Build a safe and positive environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged
• Use agile metrics to inspect the team's current performance and identify areas and suitable methods for adaption in the pursuit of continuous improvement
• Contribute to the Agile community within the department

What you'll bring

• Demonstrable knowledge of various Agile / Lean principles, frameworks and tools and experience working with Software Development teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with people - an expert influencer and positive role model
• Proven track record of enabling data-driven continuous improvement with teams of various levels of maturity
• You'll be proactive and flexible, with excellent facilitation and coaching skills

Not essential but desirable:

• Proficiency with tools/software such as JIRA, Confluence & Miro
• A passion for Sports
