Base Salary: £25,000-£30,000 DOE with OTE £40,000

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Identifying new clients, attending client meetings, pitching to clients, and winning them.
• Sourcing candidates to fill those roles using a variety of methods, such as headhunting on LinkedIn, job ads, and using their database.
• Creating innovative ads for new jobs
• Attending networking events to build your network and become a market expert
• Assisting the candidate through the process from initial call to final interviews and offer stages
• Building and maintaining a good relationship with both candidate and client.

The ideal candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

An ideal candidate would be a recent graduate or someone with sales experience(preferably B2B). They will have demonstrated a drive and ambition by working alongside university or partaking in internships. Our client is looking for a competitive individual, shown through playing sports/competing.

On offer - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Base £25,000 OTE £40,000
