Excellent opportunity for someone aspiring to forge a career in Estate Management as this vacancy will enable someone to learn the business and grow. This is a junior supporting role to the Estate Manager of a huge multiple block residential development where you will grow your experience from the ground up. The Estate Administrator will work with the Estate Manager to ensure day to day communication and rapport with residents is established and maintained. The Administrator will help in the day to day operational management of the development. Duties will include being able to handle queries from leaseholders/contractors promptly and courteously, database maintenance, typing communication, sending letters and emails, raising works orders and liaising with contractors, updating computerised records with all new information, ensuring all H&S paperwork is up to date, checking that contractors insurances and paperwork are in place, keeping the management diary current, chasing any late contractors bookings, Purchase Orders, carrying out site visits with the Estate Manager, and assisting with the smooth running of the office in dealing with residents and contractors face to face, on email and on the phone. Not any one day will be the same! You should have good IT admin skills, must be organised and able to multi task, must have excellent command of English and excellent customer service service skills. Must have experience in an administrative type of role, be able to multi task effectively, and have a keen eye for detail. The right candidate with good transferrable skills who is able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
