If so, look no further we have an exciting new role for you!An award-winning law firm are seeking a Property Paralegal to join them on a permanent contract remotely.The Firm:The firm are known as one of the most respected law firms in the UK, achieving high employee satisfaction rates and previously winning named Law Firm of the Year.The Role:This role will be varied with minimal supervision, your application will need to demonstrate the below responsibilities:

• Obtaining search quotes for property portfolios and ordering property searches.
• Preparing Land Registry and SDLT Returns.
• Assisting with preparation of legal packs or data rooms.
• Researching points of law and drafting advisory notes for fee earners.
• Liaising with estate agents to provide matter updates.

About you:

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months law firm property experience.
• Has a genuine interest in Property Law.
