You are currently an IP specialist Partner, with a proven background in handling Intellectual Property litigation cases in the High Court, IPEC, OHIM and the IPO. You may be working in a full-service law firm or PATMA private practice with either a Patent oriented client-base, or soft IP (Trade Marks/Copyright) practice. You are an experienced Intellectual Property Partner looking to make a defining career move to an established City law firm. You will have amassed extensive experience of contentious IP matters for a wide variety of clients, and you relish identifying creative, strategic and practical solutions to disputes. You should be a current Partner with a strong track record in complex Patents or Soft-IP litigation with an aptitude and tenacity for winning and developing clients and matters, ideally across complex IP disputes.
