Senior Conveyancer - Merseyside
Regional firm is recruiting a senior conveyancer to join its CQS accredited team at its Merseyside office
THE FIRM
Regional firm with offices across Liverpool and Merseyside
Acting on behalf of clients both locally and nationally
Lexcel and CQS accredited
THE ROLE
Working as part of a small and established team handling a variety of residential property matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, equity release, help to buy and shared ownership transactions with the support of an assistant
Handling a manageable caseload of transactions on behalf of repeat clients and local estate agents
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience handling your own diverse conveyancing caseload to include more complex matters is essential for this role
