Year 6 Teacher needed for well established 'Good' Wakefield Primary School Year 6 Teacher required at a well-established, 'Good' school in Wakefield Hays Education are working exclusively with a well-established 'good' primary school in Wakefield. This historic Primary School has been on the same site since 1747 and has served many generations of the local community. The school has excellent, modern facilities and has a fantastic provision for sports and music. This Primary School fosters a positive nurturing ethos of 'respect, love and care'. The environment is inclusive and the staff work well together to ensure that the best interests of their pupils are at the forefront of everything they do. They are looking to recruit a strong Upper Key Stage 2 teacher starting in January 2023 until Easter with the possibility of it being extended to the end of the Academic year. The ideal candidate for this Upper Key Stage 2 teacher job in Wakefield will have/be; Qualified Primary Teacher (UK QTS) In depth knowledge of the Upper KS2 curriculum A commitment to delivering high quality teaching and learning Enthusiasm, energy and flexibility High expectations and a commitment to raising attainment and achievement Strong interpersonal and organisational skills A subject strength in maths is an advantage In return the successful candidate for the Upper Key Stage 2 teacher job in Wakefield will; Be paid to Scale (M1 to M6) Be able to accrue holiday pay which can be taken at any point Will be working in a wonderfully supportive school At Hays Education we offer a comprehensive and bespoke approach to recruitment and are highly experienced in placing Primary Education Staff into temporary and permanent roles.
