This Higher Level Teaching Assistant vacancy is a full time position in a 2 form entry school in Lancaster. The successful HLTA will be working mornings in Year 6 and afternoons will be teaching across different year groups each day. To start in January 2023, this role will run up to the end of the academic year with the potential of going permanent for the right applicant. Requirements To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will: Must have recent experience in a primary setting Hold a HLTA or degree qualification Have excellent behaviour management skills Flexibility and drive to succeed Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
