Meta is looking for a Campaigns Systems Manager to join the Policy Campaigns and Programs team, based in Europe. The Policy Campaigns and Programs team is responsible for designing and managing campaigns that leverage the extraordinary reach of Meta.The Systems Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cross-cutting functions - research & insight, campaign collateral development, budget management, and monitoring & evaluation - that support our primary policy campaigns. This role reports into the Director of Public Policy, Campaigns and Programs, Europe, and this person will also manage one direct report.

Strategic Policy Campaigns Manager, Systems - Europe Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the thematic campaign leads to ensure consistency across campaigns, including continued adaptation of the campaigns to policy realities, and to leverage synergies wherever they exist
  • Oversee the commissioning and delivery of external research and its applicability to campaign themes
  • Work closely with internal research functions to draw actionable insights for the policy campaigns, including for campaign collateral development
  • Oversee the regional campaign budgets and the reallocation of resources, supporting the Director of Campaigns as needed
  • Manage the campaigns project management function to deliver excellent coordination and two-way internal communication, with the support of the Campaigns Coordinator (a direct report)
  • Lead the cross-functional Campaigns Systems team, made up of key internal stakeholders including from Finance, Marketing and Research, in service of the campaigns
  • Support the Director of Campaigns in preparing for governance meetings and other cross-campaign leadership updates


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong background in campaign planning and delivery, and project management
  • Strong time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with large cross-functional teams and in line management
  • Knowledge of scaled program development
  • Deep understanding and passion for technology policy issues
  • Experience defining, developing and leading complex projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience working independently, remotely with European stakeholders
  • Experience with budget management is required

  • Experience of working for a major technology company
