Product Innovation Lead, Aon Climate, UK Based Can you bring experience in innovation and product development together with a curiosity about a new and exciting role within a key area for Aon's future direction ? This is a brand new, key hire for Aon Climate and is offered on a hybrid based and can be based from any of our UK locations.

What the day will look like In this exciting role you'll gain an understanding of new climate-related risks and associated opportunities for clients while supporting Aon colleagues to develop new insurance, reinsurance, wealth and human capital products. Major accountabilities will include:

• Leverage deep insurance and/or product development expertise with the ability to think creatively and articulate new concepts
• Identify new applications for insurance and risk transfer in new areas of transition impacted value chains previously underserved by insurance
• Work with other teams in Aon to develop a framework for articulating how these applications improve financial outcomes for investors and corporate leaders
• Support the innovation agenda across Aon, working with a range of internal and external collaborators
• Support the planning and delivery of new climate commercialisation initiatives
• Oversee the development of a sophisticated portfolio of products including guiding daily activity, adhering to timelines, and communicating progress to stakeholders
• Identify barriers and blockages preventing teams from making progress and develop solutions to unlock innovation opportunities
• Support marketing and comms activities, shaping how we position new products and interact with our clients

• Strong technical insurance and risk financing knowledge
• Ability to turn concepts and ideas into business models, minimum viable products, pilot projects and delivery plans
• Strong commercial focus and delivering value for clients and Aon
• Creative thinking across industries and product lines
