This is a fantastic opportunity to join SSCL as a Process Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting with all transactional HR Lifecycle activities that are received via a service request.

What you will be doing:
  • Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts.
  • Process work to the defined level of quality.
  • Resolve queries and escalate as necessary.
  • Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and update information held on a database or manually.
  • Support line management on any additional admin when required.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients.
