Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Reality Labs, Work Portfolio Squad - the team that creates all Marketing communications: from campaigns across paid and owned marketing channels to in-product experiences, to experimental work streams ensuring a high-quality experience for our B2B target audiences. This is a full time position, based in London.

Program Manager, Work Responsibilities:
  • Define, architect and implement workflow systems and foundational structures that drive Squad execution e.g. establishing internal vs external asset delivery models and resources • ways-of-working, timelines, review processes, developing agency contracts and staffing agreements.
  • Drive workflow acting as the centralized ops role for omni-channel creative, and liaising with large cross functional groups (Integrated Marketing, Creative, Media and our agency partners) to deliver high-quality marketing assets, often with tight deadlines.
  • Create strong working partnerships Integrated Marketers, Channel, Creative, Design, Legal and Product teams and external agencies driving alignment, both North-South and East-West to deliver against overall program objectives.
  • Operate autonomously and mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles.
  • Orchestrate how creative projects fit within the wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, budget, risks and resources.
  • Create order out of ambiguity and complexity, with the ability to wrestle all sizes and shapes of projects to successful outcomes.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale integrated campaigns.
  • Proven experience operating at multiple altitudes from high-level operational planning to tactical execution, managing multiple sub-work streams at once.
  • Experience with the creative development process from reviews to delivery across a range of MarCom assets and workflows.
  • Experience as lead point of contact on projects and programs, driving cross-functional collaboration and planning.
  • 12+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or brand/company in a demonstrably equivalent role, or 8+ years with MBA and relevant advanced degree.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience executing on complex and varied types of marketing programs.
  • Experience working with a large, matrixed organization, in a rapidly scaling department - ideally B2B
  • Experience building and optimizing systems, tools and standards that improve MarCom output within the organization.
