Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 We are looking for an Analyst to join our growing people team on a 6 month FTC. The Analyst will be responsible for analysing, evaluating and presenting data which supports People Team decision making and planning.
About the role Reporting to our Head of Reward, you'll be responsible for: - Identifying and reporting on reward data to support the Which? Reward principles and practices
- Managing the D&I dashboard and making recommendations from the data on potential D&I actions to share with the D&I lead
- Carrying out monthly PT reporting as required
- Analysing candidate and other recruitment data to drive decision making
- Equal pay, gender pay gap, Ethnicity and other diversity pay gap reporting
- I Trent HRIS development and support
- Supporting the People Team leads and People Partners with reporting requirements and other ad hoc requests, as required from time to time
About you - Ability to analyse and evaluate issues in HR
- An analytical mindset and genuinely excited to dig into data to provide insight
- Understanding of specific HR Systems (iTrent, eArcu)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
- Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify the most appropriate data source to support analysis
- A proactive approach
- Working knowledge of HR is helpful or at least an interest in HR
