What you will bring? You will have: A Masters degree (or equivalent) in a computer science subject, or equivalent experience working in data science A strong knowledge of machine learning methods and tools including data extraction, data manipulation, model fitting and evaluation, and experience in applying machine learning models to business problems. A strong knowledge of wider data science including, but not limited to, data acquisition (e.g. web scraping), statistical methods, network analysis and data visualisation and experience in applying those to business problems. Strong experience of coding in Python or R, specifically for data science or a related field. Knowledge of data engineering tools and techniques, such as cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure), implementations of data models (e.g. SQL and NoSQL solutions), and version control (e.g. Git) Experience in developing constructive and collaborative working relationships with experts in other disciplines to deliver successful projects. Salary £21,000 - £24,242 About the role Role: Permanent The team admin role is responsible for the day to day running's of the Which? Endorsement Team. This includes updating our CRM system (salesforce) on a daily basis with any new opportunities, ensuring our licensing process is being followed accurately and systems are operating efficiently. The role is also responsible for producing reports on our team's performance (including opportunities, sales, conversion, revenue etc...) and monitor external logo usage. Key Responsibilities include: Extracting reports from Content's database on what opportunities the ES Team has. Ensuring the CRM (Salesforce) is kept up to date with opportunities and throughout the licensing process. Reporting any issues or inaccuracies to the Operations Manager. Maintaining renewal opportunities in a timely manner and ahead of Account Managers preparing for the month ahead Checking that licensees are using the logo correctly, and that licensees that choose not to renew are no longer using the logo (on a spot check basis). Producing regular reports on Endorsement Scheme performance for team meetings, internal stakeholders and other ad-hoc purposes on measurements like conversion, revenue, sales and opportunities.
