Vice President, COO Global Markets Product Governance

Job Description:

The Global Markets Product Governance team ( within Regulatory and Cross GBAM Initiatives ) is responsible for coordinating review and approval of new products and non-standard transactions, the production and analysis of product performance metrics, and the periodic risk assessment of products in the Global Markets product inventory. Successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new product performance metrics, establishing sustainable BAU routines for producing product performance metrics and conducting periodic risk assessments, and supporting the current BAU process for review and approval of new products and non-standard transactions.

Required skill set:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Understanding of Global Markets products and governance routines

• Strong data analysis skills and capability to manage large amounts of data both via applications and using Microsoft Office

• Ability to formulate technical requirements reflective of desired business outcomes and partner with Technology teams to deliver

• Poise and communication skills to interact with senior business leaders and regulators; often in time compressed environments

• Ability to synthesize disparate content into impactful executive summaries

• Candidate must be highly organized and able to concurrently manage multiple/shifting priorities and pro-actively identify risks
