Job Description

THE JOB ON OFFER

As part of the Recruitment Marketing Team you will be a focal point in our Early Careers Recruitment Team, leading on various candidate attraction campaigns and recruitment needs at an operational level. You'll work closely with our Education Outreach team and University campus champions as well as an array of ambassadors who contribute to your content, amplify your advocacy and attend events you co-organise and deliver both online and in person.

You'll also work to promote Capgemini as a first in class Early Career Employer by building a strong external presence to our target audience.

You'll be responsible for making sure we attract and engage with quality and diverse talent in the right channels, to encourage them to apply to a role with Capgemini.

Keeping an eye on the data and Return of Investment (ROI) always, this role is crucial in making sure we're able to deliver the business' needs talent wise both cost-effectively and efficiently.

YOUR ROLE

Content
• Web content - Updates, asset additions and suggestive format edits working with our web team,
• Advertising roles - on job boards, apps, 3rd party websites,
• Social media - create content for our company social media channels in collaboration with our marketing teams,
• Copywriting - creation of communications, externally hosted and internally shared updates and adverts.

Events Co-ordination
• Event design and delivery - Design, create and deliver online and physical events to attract and engage with potential or existing applicants,
• Business Events Collaboration - Work with the business to bring stakeholders to events to promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP),
• University Campus Strategy - Lead on our on-campus presence.

Supplier and Partnership Management and recruitment marketing

• Supplier and inventory management - utilising supplier relationships and management of advertising inventory, with budget,
• Email and social media Campaigns - Design, test and enhance email campaigns in collaboration with our suppliers and partners,
• Measure ROI - Measure the ROI of campaigns.
• Data Analytics - Analyse data and attraction spend per hire,
• Paid Media - Design and deliver on paid media campaigns in collaboration with our partners and providers,
• SEO and Keywords - Use your SEO and keyword knowledge to split test and optimise our recruitment campaigns.

Solutions and Sourcing
• Solution setting - working with the recruitment team to put together role specific activity and solutions.

Reporting and Research
• Data analysis - analysing data regularly to understand things like performance of job descriptions, ROI on inventory, split-testing, email open rates, click-through rates on job boards.
• Research - keep up to date with market trends and opportunities attraction and engagement wise.

YOUR PROFILE

Essential

• Early Careers Knowledge - A strong understanding of the Early Careers Market place and how to attraction the best graduate, apprentice and internship talent.
• Recruitment marketing and candidate attraction - A strong understanding of different recruitment marketing techniques such as paid media, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.
• Diversity and Active Inclusion - A passion for diversity and active inclusion.
• Exceptional data analytics skills - The ability to break down large amounts of data to help us build and optimise campaigns whilst measuring ROI and campaign success.
• Creative Design - An understanding of different design techniques and platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
• Presenting Skills - As you will be presenting in front of senior stakeholders and panels, excellent presentation skills are key.
• Stakeholder Management - Fantastic stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Video editing skills
• SEO/Pay Per Click/Programmatic Ads knowledge
