Previous teaching experience is not essential, as full teacher training, mentoring, and ongoing development will be provided. The college is looking for somebody with strong technical knowledge, industry experience, and a genuine passion for passing on skills and professional standards. This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a more structured environment while remaining closely connected to the industry you enjoy.
