About us
This is an exciting time to join our award-winning National Partnerships team at the RNLI, as we have a strong portfolio of partners and our Bicentenary celebrations are only a few years away! Building upon previous success in the team (with the likes of Helly Hansen and Haven), we are looking to continue to build the scale of partnerships we secure and manage. The National Partnerships team helps to save lives by securing, building and managing corporate partnerships which generate sustainable income, raise awareness, and help us acquire new supporters to fund the RNLI's lifesaving work.
Your Role
As the Partnerships New Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

You will be an engaging individual who thrives on achieving results by working collaboratively with a range of teams, presenting, building networks and working with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

The location of this role is flexible and can be home based, ideally within a commutable distance of Poole or London, as the Partnerships New Business Manager will be required to travel to these locations on a regular basis. Travel could sometimes be at short notice, to meet with the team and key internal and external stakeholders.

- Developing and growing our new business pipeline
- Prospecting, approaching and securing new business
- Management and stewardship of your own pipeline, providing performance updates and accurately forecasting income
- Helping to drive creative thinking in the development of propositions to take out to prospective partners
About You

Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience working with a CRM system
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Project management and organisation skills
- Experience working within a large complex charity
