Paid Media Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Working)

The Role
We're looking for a talented Paid Media Manager who'll drive engagement and lead generation across all paid channels and increase commercial revenue.

You'll be responsible for the strategy and delivery of paid media across PPC, paid social, remarketing and other paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the paid media strategy with clear and defined KPIs
  • Formulate paid media roadmaps and plan end to end campaigns
  • Manage day to day paid media activity such as bidding, ad copy testing, quality scores, CPA and conduct daily/weekly/monthly optimisations
  • PPC performance analysis. Review campaign/ad performance and analyse trends
  • Create and present regular performance reports for trading and wider stakeholders


Skills / Experience Required

  • 3-4 years' experience managing paid social media across multiple product verticals
  • Excellent understanding and demonstrable experience in managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta/Facebook Ads, and experience in wider channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Understand and regularly use Google Analytics, in-platform data and attribution tools to analyse effectiveness and ROI of Paid Social campaigns
  • Ability to inform and articulate content requirements specific to channel and audience segmentations
